As the former Managing Director of Sangar Security/Lyon Security Solutions and Managing Director/Owner of Lyon Promotions, she has established herself as a formidable force in the South African business landscape.

As a dedicated TRE® therapist, she guides individuals through gentle, structured exercises designed to release deep-seated muscular patterns of stress, tension, and trauma. Developed by Dr. David Berceli, TRE® activates the body's natural shaking or trembling response, helping to calm the nervous system, restore balance, and promote profound relaxation. Natasha's compassionate approach creates a safe space for clients to reconnect with their bodies and support their own healing journey.
